Can the panel volumes be adjusted?

Can panel volume levels be adjusted?

Yes they can. 

To start with all you will need to do is select the sounds button in the bottom right corner, Once done then select which panel you choose to do, For example if we choose the Main panel we would just select this.
 
You have the choice of selecting each day and all type calls by day. The only one we advise you to let the Care Home Manager do and that's the Emergency volume for obvious reasons.
 
You can also adjust the time you want the calls as the default for Day time is between 9am and 9pm and the Night time is set from 9pm to 9am. If you want to adjust this you can by clicking where it says Monday Start Time (In Yellow for the Day Time) and the exact same for Monday Start Time (Dark Blue for the Night Time) and follow the same process for each day.
 
If you are wanting to set the emergency volume a member of management will have to sign and approve/submit this on the engineers app.
Once you have completed the process test the sounds by triggering a test call.
 

Step by step instructions:

 

1. Open the Maintenance App

2. Tap the Sound icon

3. Adjust the volume levels for each day or time period

4. Save your changes

Reminder: Always test after adjusting.
