• Locate the small unit with the black antenna.
• Ensure the cable is firmly connected.
• Confirm a red light is visible at the cable entry point/faint red light showing through the back of the receiver.
A message will appear on the screen saying “Allow the app arquella2 to access the USB device”
You must click OK or this panel will not be able to transmit calls from Arquella hardware.
Trigger a test call to confirm calls are appearing.
If this is not resolved, move to step 2.
• Remove the USB connector from the panel.
A pop up will appear on the screen “Receiver unplugged”
• Wait 5 seconds.
• Reinsert the USB connector.
• Confirm a red light is visible at the cable entry point/faint red light showing through the back of the receiver.
A message will appear on the screen saying “Allow the app arquella2 to access the USB device”
You must click OK or this panel will not be able to transmit calls from Arquella hardware.
Trigger a test call to confirm calls are appearing.
If this is not resolved, move to step 3.
• Disconnect the power cable and/or POE cable.
• Turn the panel off using the physical switch.
• Wait 5 seconds.
• Turn it back on.
• Reconnect the internet or POE cable.
You will get a pop up saying: “select a home app”
Please click “arquella2” and select always.
