We're Hiring: Customer Success Manager - Healthcare Tech

Location: Dinnington Office

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.

As a Customer Success Manager within Arquella, your primary focus will be to cultivate strong relationships with our clients and ensure their success with our products.

Here's an overview of your responsibilities:

  • Oversee and continually enhance the customer relationship pathway, ensuring an optimal experience for all clients.
  • Drive business growth and profitability by identifying opportunities for upselling (with a commission for successful deals) and strategies to minimise customer churn.
  • Utilise the CRM system for detailed weekly reporting and forecasting, providing valuable insights to the Operations and Sales teams.
  • Analyse customer data through the Arquella Connect Dashboard regularly, aiming to improve customer experience and maximise value.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations, showcasing the full capabilities of our technology to customers.
  • Lead the onboarding and training processes, using our extensive range of training videos and presentation decks, ensuring customers receive the support they need to succeed.
  • Deliver customer training sessions via virtual platforms and videos, ensuring engaging and informative learning experiences.
  • Manage scheduling for installations, customer call-outs, and hardware upgrades efficiently through the CRM system, ensuring thorough reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to manage the annual maintenance schedule effectively.
  • Evaluate and enhance our training materials and communication tools to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Act as a mediator between clients and our organisation, facilitating discussions and solutions to any challenges that arise.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, providing top-tier support. This includes coordinating with technical support when necessary and ensuring issues are followed up on until resolution.
  • Work closely with internal departments, such as Technical Support and Sales, to swiftly identify, qualify, and resolve customer issues.
  • Commit to delivering excellence in customer success, actively contributing to weekly KPIs for monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout their journey with us.
