Key Responsibilities:

Manage supply chain and procurement of hardware.

Coordinate installation and support of healthcare devices nationwide.

Oversee customer support and build customer satisfaction.

Partner with the CEO on strategic decisions and operational improvements.

Travel for on-site customer visits and support.

Ensure compliance with legal standards.

Requirements:

Experience in hardware manufacturing and supply chain.

Knowledge of SaaS and hardware integration.

Excellent communication, organisational skills, and willingness to travel.

Background in social care technology or related fields is a plus.
