How to programme a Room Point device.

To programme an Arquella nurse call room point:

1. Stand near a panel.

2. Press and hold the Grey Reset button.

3. While holding Grey, press Green once.

4. While still holding Grey, press Yellow once.

5. Release Grey.

The device is now in programming mode.

Enter the 3 digit Radio ID:

• Press Green the number of times for the first digit

• Press Yellow the number of times for the second digit

• Press Grey the number of times for the third digit

Example for ID 602:

Green x6

Yellow x0

Grey x2

Press the Orange Call button to save.

Trigger a test call to confirm it appears correctly on the panel.

Frequently Asked Questions:

A Room Unit is showing 'Not in Config.' What does this mean?

This means the device ID does not match the system configuration.

If the device says it is not in config this means the Radio ID issued may need to be added into the config to add the hardware device to.

1. Check that the device ID doesn’t exist already by going into the Maintenance app, clicking config and reviewing the devices configured to your site.
2. If the device ID does not exist click + New Room Unit to add a new ID
3. Type the three digit radio ID, the room name you want to appear on the panel, the zone the unit is in and the device type where applicable.
4. Click save changes.
5. Reprogramme the unit
6. Trigger a test call to confirm it appears correctly on the panel.
